GET/charge-points/locations
Returns a paginated list of full location objects with optional filters.
This endpoint is suitable for synchronizing locations between an EMSP and CPO's databases.
Locations are sorted by created time in ascending order (oldest first).
Maximum limit per request is typically 500.
